01

Acceptance and scope

These Website Terms (“Terms”) apply when you use the Check6ix Garage & Racing website or submit a request through it. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These Terms govern the website only. They do not replace a signed estimate, repair or modification authorization, work order, invoice, transport agreement, parts warranty, event rule, liability waiver, or cancellation/refund policy. If a later signed or expressly accepted agreement conflicts with these Terms, that later agreement controls for the covered service or transaction.

02

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement to use a request form. If you act for a vehicle owner, business, team, or other person, you represent that you are authorized to do so. You are responsible for providing accurate, current information and for updating the crew if important details change.

03

Website information is general

Photos, project descriptions, lap times, product information, availability, prices, and other website content are provided for general information and may change. They are not a diagnosis, guaranteed estimate, professional driving instruction, safety certification, or promise that the same result is available for another vehicle.

Vehicle performance and reliability depend on condition, parts, calibration, use, maintenance, driver, weather, track, and many other factors. Contact the crew for an evaluation specific to your vehicle and goals.

04

A website request is not a confirmed contract

Sending a form records your interest for crew review. It does not by itself create an appointment, accept an order, reserve track admission, authorize vehicle work, guarantee parts or capacity, establish a final price, or take payment.

A request is confirmed only when the crew expressly accepts it and any required estimate, authorization, deposit, scheduling details, or separate terms are agreed. We may decline or ask to revise a request, including when information is incomplete, a part or date is unavailable, the requested work is unsafe or unlawful, or the project is outside our capabilities.

05

Garage work and authorization

Before work begins, the parties should confirm the requested diagnosis or work, estimated pricing, authorization method, and any applicable diagnostic fee, deposit, storage term, or completion estimate. Discovery work can reveal conditions that were not reasonably visible at intake. Check6ix will seek additional authorization before materially expanding the agreed work, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect people or property and permitted by law.

Completion dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Parts availability, outside services, hidden damage, customer decisions, and events beyond reasonable control can affect timing. The final invoice should identify the authorized work and applicable charges.

06

Vehicle owner responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Have the legal right to authorize work, inspection, testing, transport, or possession of the vehicle.
  • Disclose known safety issues, damage, leaks, unusual operating conditions, prior modifications, calibrations, and other information material to the requested work.
  • Remove cash, valuables, weapons, and unrelated personal property before leaving or transporting a vehicle.
  • Provide requested keys, wheel-lock tools, security codes, and safe access.
  • Review and follow service, break-in, inspection, maintenance, and operating instructions provided for completed work.

You remain responsible for insurance, registration, and lawful use of the vehicle unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

07

Parts, pricing, taxes, and payment

Quotes and estimates may depend on inspection and supplier availability. Unless a written estimate says otherwise, taxes, shipping, outside labor, track fees, transport costs, fluids, fabrication, tuning, and other project-specific items may be additional. The crew will confirm the amount due and accepted payment method directly.

New, used, rebuilt, aftermarket, motorsport, or customer-supplied parts can carry different warranties and limitations. Any warranty is only the one stated in the applicable work order or supplied by the part manufacturer. Installing an aftermarket part may affect a vehicle or component manufacturer warranty. Check6ix may refuse customer-supplied or unsuitable parts.

08

Merchandise requests

Website merchandise prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. The current site accepts local-pickup requests only and does not take online payment. Product appearance can vary slightly by display and production run. Stock, size, taxes, pickup timing, final total, payment, exchanges, and any return eligibility are confirmed before payment.

Putting an item in the gear bag does not reserve it. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

09

Appointments, changes, and cancellations

Consultation and service times remain requests until confirmed by the crew. Track support also depends on event, venue, capacity, weather, organizer, and safety conditions outside Check6ix’s control. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel.

Any deposit, cancellation, storage, no-show, return, or refund rule will be disclosed in the applicable estimate, confirmation, invoice, or other transaction terms. These Website Terms do not create a separate cancellation fee or refund entitlement.

10

Performance modifications and legal compliance

Performance and motorsport parts may change emissions, noise, safety systems, drivability, reliability, insurance eligibility, registration status, road legality, or manufacturer warranty coverage. A part described as “off-road use only,” “competition use only,” or similar must not be used where prohibited.

You may not ask Check6ix to defeat required emissions or safety equipment or perform unlawful work. Both parties remain responsible for their own obligations under federal, state, local, track, sanctioning-body, and class rules. Check6ix may stop or refuse work it reasonably believes is unsafe, unlawful, or materially different from what was authorized.

11

Track and motorsport risk

Motorsport, track driving, testing, transport, paddock activity, and work around performance vehicles involve risk of property damage, serious injury, and death. Preparation and support can reduce some risks but cannot eliminate them or guarantee a result, lap time, finish, reliability level, or safe event.

Track admission, licenses, technical inspection, safety equipment, insurance, organizer rules, and driver qualification are separate unless Check6ix expressly agrees otherwise in writing. You must review and sign any event- or service-specific assumption-of-risk and release documents that apply. These Website Terms are not themselves a release of personal-injury claims.

12

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, bypass access or security controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, submit false or unlawful requests, impersonate another person, upload malicious material, scrape the site in a way that burdens service, or use content in violation of law or another person’s rights.

We may restrict access, reject a request, or preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to protect the site, customers, Check6ix, or others.

13

Intellectual property

The Check6ix name, logos, site design, text, graphics, photos, videos, and other original site content are owned by Check6ix or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. You may view the site and keep a reasonable copy of transaction information for personal use. No other license is granted. Do not reproduce, sell, modify, or use site content or branding commercially without written permission.

14

Third-party services and links

Links to social networks, tracks, event organizers, suppliers, manufacturers, or other sites are provided for convenience. Check6ix does not control and is not responsible for their content, terms, availability, security, accessibility, or privacy practices. Dealings with a third party are between you and that party unless Check6ix expressly agrees otherwise.

15

Website disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that every page will always be uninterrupted, error-free, current, or free of harmful components. These website disclaimers do not replace any express written warranty that applies to paid work or a product.

To the extent permitted by law, Check6ix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss arising only from use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranty rights, remedies, or duties that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability where a limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

16

Georgia law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies. Any dispute concerning only the website will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, the parties are encouraged to contact one another and try to resolve the issue in good faith.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms prospectively; the effective date at the top identifies the published version.
